I am 26 yr old male having hair loss from last 5 yrs. I have seen that my hair have become thin now.
At time they were thick also I have seen i have hairfall for few days n then i regain all hair. Though not of that quality I had earlier(5yrs back) but good enuf that no one can make out that i am going bald.
Also i have seen that suppose today I have sparse hair seen but in 2 or 5 days all these scalp patches are covered almost complete. Also to note this happens This is seen when i have ample of sleep & good food with pleasant good mood n mind. I do smoke 2-3 cigarettes & drink occasionally. I don’t think that my little smoking & occasional drinking may be a reason. I
do have a healthy food in my diet.
As in my work i have sometimes have hectic timings & I get over exicted a lot sometimes. I dont have any family history of baldness.
Please let me know what can be best solution to stop this phenomenon of my hair being so vulnerable to changes.
