Contents

Humulus Lupulus (Hop Extract)
Mono Propylene Glycol

Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B3)
Vitamin E
Vitamin A
Vitamin H (Biotin)
Vitamin H (P.A.B.A.)
Inositol (Vitamin B8)
Methyl Hydroxy Benzoate
Aqua

Mode of Action

Hop extract contains phyto-oestrogens, naturally occurring oestrogens that inhibit the activity of the enzyme 5-reductase and reduce the proliferation of the potent metabolite di-hydroxy testosterone (DHT), which causes atrophy, and eventual loss of the hair follicle in genetically determined areas of the scalp.  These phyto-oestrogens can also recover dormant hair follicles suppressed by androgen activity.  The multivitamin system, particularly Vitamin H (Biotin) catalyse the process of conversion of amino acids into keratin hair cells and accelerates growth and diameter of the hair from the dermal papilla.

Clinical Trials

Considerable empirical evidence has supported the oestrogen like activity of hop extract and recent scientific research has confirmed that hop extract shows a potent acceleration on hair growth in cases of androgenic alopecia.
